Dispersers with Infinitely Variable Speed through Frequency Converter.

The HIGH SPEED Dispersers are used extensively in processing of newtonian products, where the saw tooth impeller works at high peripheral speed (up to 30 mt/sec) developing high shearing forces.

Installation

hoist mount or through the floor

Vacuum is achieved through special seal between cover and pan edge. Light, inspection window and all necessary fittings are provided on the vacuum cover. Vacuum pump is chosen according to the properties of the mixing good and the required ultimate vacuum (normally rotary vane or liquid ring pumps). The impeller can be raised-lowered also by working under vacuum, in order to reach maximum dispersion and deaeration efficiency.

Under vacuum mixer with turning scraper The scraper is very strong and fitted with interchangeable blade, made of the most suitable material, according to the properties of the mixing good. Scraper is in most cases driven hydraulically and ever pushed against the pan walls
